How do I convert teaspoon of cod liver oil to grams?

How do I convert teaspoon of cod liver oil to grams?

Looking to convert two teaspoon of cod liver oil to mg. Most of my data is in grams and the use info is in teaspoon. Thanks Tom

Do you know the density? Most edible oils are pretty close to 0.9 g/cm³. A teaspoon is very nearly 5 mL, so at 0.9 g/cm³, about 4.5 gram per teaspoon.
