what mathematical relationship can i use to relate static pressure to velocity?

Static Pressure (SP) + Velocity Pressure (VP) = Total Pressure (TP)
SP is related to Velocity (V) through VP. V=4005 * sq rt of(VP/density factor(df)), where df typically = 1 for simple systems (unless you need to account for temperature, moisture, elevation, and absolute pressure which all together could account for a total of 20% variation in this factor).
