How do i convert 170CFM to 3m/hr? Please help.

You can't. cfm is cubic feet per minute (ft³/min) Your second units are either miles/hr, or meters per hour, which area areas of distance.

You can't convert volume to distance without dividing the flow (ft³/min) by an area (Ft²) to get the velocity (ft/min.) of the air movement.
