The standard cooking units used worldwide (except, it seems, in the US but they work well in the US).
1 teaspoon = 5 ml
1 Tablespoon = 15 ml
1/4 cup = 60 ml
1/3 cup = 80 ml
1/2 cup = 125 ml
1 cup = 250 ml
Though not exaxt (4 each 1/4 cups would only add up to 240 ml!) they are close enough for all cooking.
