how do i convert 250g of bisquick baking mixs and 50g-caster sugar into cups??

Look at the nutrition panel. In "serving size" it should equate a US Customary size to weight in grams.

My Bisquick package says 1/3 cup = 40 g, so 1 cup = 120 g.

Caster sugar is "superfine sugar" in the US, but I don't have any, so I can't look. For regular granulated sugar, 50 g is about 1/4 cup, but that may not be right for superfine.
