Depends on the mass of the object. Kinetic energy is

E - 0.5 * m * v^2

so v = sqrt(2*E/m)

if i have the mass of the object then could this be solved?

Yes, just plug in and solve.

I had a typo in the 1st equation, but the second is correct.
First should be
E = 0.5 * m * v^2
