A child is to be given 60mg/kg of drug C. If the child weights 42 pounds, what is the dose of the drug to be administered? And based on that information if drug C was available in a concentration of 100mg/ml how many millileters would this patient take?

To convert weight to kg: 42divided by 2.2 = 19.09 kg
60mg per kg: 60 x 19.09 = 1145.45 mg (total mg for this weight child)
100mg per ml: 1145.45 divided by 100 = 11.45 ml
