converting 18.184 cubic meters per sec. to cubic ft per sec?

I cant seem to figure this out I get 59.65879...and so on but this computer program I am using says I am wrong!?

help please?

18.184 m^3/s x (1 ft/ 0.3048 m)^3 = 642.16 ft^3/s
