converting cubic Centimeters into ml. Eg. 5 cc = ? ml

It's a 1:1 conversion, so 5 cc = 5 mL.

if a patient is given .5 cc's kenalog, .5 cc's dexamethasone, .1 cc's 0.25% marcaine and 1 cc lidocaine 1%. we bill j3301 from kenalog -40 package and is 40 mg per ml. Can someone please tell me how many units would i bill? thanks in advance for your help!
