Assuming that you have no waste, you have a total square footage of 369.75 square feet (25.5' x 14.5'). Most people will state that you will have about a 10% waste factor; therefore, factor in another 36.975 square feet for a total of 406.725. This may deviate either up or down depending upon the size of the tile being used, your method of laying it down, the shape of the room in which you are laying it, and many other factors. Hope this helps!
