How do you convert wind aided times for track and field? What is the conversion method? If you have an athlete that runs the 110 meter hurdles in 15.03 seconds with a wind reading of -1.3, what would his time be with ZERO wind?

I have never found a real conversion method other than online calculators, which obviously don't help onsite so maybe you could email one of the calculator developers because surely they must know the formula. I am sorry I couldn't be of more help, but I will continue to research this and let you know what I find.
