Beaufort (wind speed)

While not exact, it is often common in navigation and meterology, especially marine, to use an old term for wind speed. This term is Beaufort. It would be nice to see the range (because it is not exact) in mph, fps, kph and m/s

It would not be easy to add Beaufort conversion here as out current conversion layout does not support ranges. However we'll think on a possible way to implement it the future.
