Bushel is really a unit of volume, 2150.42 cu. in. It is occasionally encountered as such by consumers at roadside and farmers' markets.

However, in commercial contracts it is treated as a unit expressed in weight. They weigh the truck and convert to bushels for pricing. The weight per bushel varies by the commodity, and the USDA has a table, some states have their own. Once you have the proper numbers of pounds per bushel for the commodity and state of sale, you can easily convert to kilograms. 60 lb/bu is a common value for wheat.
