What is the equation or how do I conver ppm to mg/cm2?

The conversion for PPM are as follows:
1 Part Per Million (ppm)
= 1 milligram per liter (mg/L)
= 1 milligram per kilogram (mg/kg)
= 1 microgram per gram (µg/g)
= 0.0001 percent (%)
= 0.013 fluid ounces per 100 gallon water
