Yes, for a rectangular solid shape.
Note that the symbol for mega- is M, milli- is m. Quite a difference.
Nothing wrong with using megagram, but it is usually called a tonne (international), or metric ton (US). 1 m^3 of water (at 4 degrees C) is 1 Mg (or tonne or metric ton), slighly less at other temperatures.
