mmols to kg (NH3)

Hi
How would i convert 24mmol/day of NH3 to kg/day? This is the amount of ammonia excreted by a single 3kg yellowtail kingfish in a day in a recirculating system, if anyone was wondering. Have to figure out how much 600 would excrete then figure out biofilter size accordingly.

Using integer atomic weights, the molecular weight is 17 g/mol, so you are talking 408 mg
(or 0.408 g or 0.000408 kg)
