converting nmol to micrograms

I am trying to convert nmol to micrograms and having problems. Does anybody know how this is done?

You have to know the molar mass (how many grams per mole). Generally, this means you need the chemical formula and you add up the atomic weights of the all the constituents to get a total for whatever molecule (which might be a single atom) that you have. That numerical number of grams is a mole.

The nano and micro part of it is easy.
