How thick? I'll assume 4" = 1/3 foot

Area is 36 x 12 = 432 ft² and 5 x 7 = 35 ft²
You might get away with less thickness in the can area, but it's small and probably not worth the effort. Total is 467 ft² x 1/3 ft = 155.7 ft³. At 27 ft³/yd³, that's 5.77 yd³ (use 6).

20 x 10 x (4 / 12) = 68 ft^3. Divide by 27 = 2.52 cy^3. I would add 10% for sub-grade irregularities, which brings the total to 2.77 cy^3

Most concrete plants have a 3 cy^3 minimum. Less than this quantity is called a "short load" and you will still be charged for 3 cy^3, so you might as well just get the 3.

Ready mix concrete is ordered by the cubic yard instead of tons but as you asked for the weight, it's approximately 4000 pounds yd^3 = 6 tons.
