Dear convert-me.com forum visitors,

Our forum has been available for many years. In September 2014 we decided to switch it to read-only mode. Month after month we saw less posts with questions and answers from real people and more spam posts. We were spending more and more resources cleaning the spam until there were less them 1 legitimate message per 100 spam posts. Then we decided it's time to stop.

All the posts in the forum will be available and searchable. We understand there are a lot of useful information and we aren't going to remove anything. As for the new questions, you can always ask them on convert-me.com FaceBook page

Thank you for being with us and sorry for any inconveniences this could caused.

Rowing conversion

Postby tomalfry » Mon Nov 29, 2010 5:43 pm

Hi!

I am wondering if a conversion tool could be created to show what your average 500m time on a rower equates to in multiples thereof. So that it can show the time for 1000m, 1500m, 2000m etc etc

Also so that you could enter an average pace e.g 1:32 and it could tell you how many meters you would cover in 5, 10, 15 and 20 minutes.

It's purely a selfish request as I am too lazy to work it out myself and would be great for my gym!

Thanks for creating the runner/jogger's speed conversion. I have referred a lot of members to the site and am LOVING the gadget for websites, blogs etc. It takes pride of place on my gadgets page.

Keep up the great work.

Best,

Tom Alfry
