How do I convert pixel (pxl) to mil?

Postby Doc Ron » Sat Mar 04, 2006 12:27 pm

I have a problem involving depth measured in my engineering materials lab. We have recorded a measurement of 121.83 pixels and I need to convert this to mil. I understand 1 mil = 0.001 inches.

I'm not sure about pixels. I think there might be seperate pixels for length and the pixel for computers... Any help would be appreciated.
