Hello :)

I've got an american text book from the 1960's and it states a discharge (with respect to a fluid), which i understand to be a volume per unit time, in the units "second-feet"

Is this cubit feet per second?

Thanks anyone who can solve this one!

It is used by the IBWC and is in modern day known as cubic feet per second.
