kelp conversion ppm to upg or mg

kelp can conatin some arsenic so emailed the company whop told me that it contained 10ppm or when tested typically 0.9ppm the tablet is 150micrograms

i cant figure it out maths i am hopeless at
is 150upg 0.15mg??? if so then what percentage of arsenic is in that one tablet if its 10ppm or 0.9ppm another company said their kelp was <1ppm so whats that in micrograms and what percent of arsenic is in that??

hope someone brainy can help as im not sure if i want to take the tablet
