The tire rpm is the driveshaft rpm divided by rear axle ratio.
Then you need to know either the circumference of the tire, or the tire revolutions per mile.
Are you starting with driveshaft rpm or engine rpm? If engine, you also need to know the transmission ratio in top gear.
