I'm assuming this fuel tank is a standard, round cylinder and the "76" round" is the circumference, not the diameter. You don't state if the dimensions are outside or inside dimensions. If these are outside dimensions, you’ll need to subtract the wall thicknesses, then recalculate using the formula PI*r^2*length below.

First, determine the radius of the circular cross-section from the circumference, using the formula: circumference / PI / 2.
76" / 3.1415927 / 2 = 12.1"

The formula for the volume of a cylinder is: PI*r^2*length.
PI * 12.1 squared * 60”,
3.1415927 * 146.41 * 60” = 27,597.64 in^3 (cubic inches)

As there are 231 in^3 in 1 US Gallon, divide the above by 231 in^3.
27,597.64 in^3 / 231 in^3 = 119.47 gallon capacity. Round to 119 gallons
