You can easily convert kilojoules to BTU as they are both energy units. 1 BTU = 1.05506 kJ.

Is the substance a gas? At 101.325 kPa, 0 °C, a kilogram-mole occupies 22.414 m³ or 791.5 ft³.

You will have to identify the "standard" temperature of your "standard" cubic feet. Several temperatures are used. If expressed in °CC, correct by ratio (273.15 + T)/273.15
