mg = 0.001 g; dL = 0.1 L

mg / dL = 0.001 g/ 0.1 L = 0.01 g/L

I have a math problem. The question is the doctor ordered 750mg IM of streptomycin, but the available dose that we can give is 1g/mL? How do I convert that?

maybe you shouldn't be giving it if you don't know this! :? ask a qualified nurse.. or pharmacist
(hint 1g=1000mg, so 750mg is 0.75ml of 1g/ml solution)
