You can't. mg/kg is a concentration of mass per mass.
mg/cm^2 is a concentration of mass per area.
Like comparing 50 pounds per 100 pounds versus 50 pounds per square foot.
They are not compatible measurements.
(It is sort of hard to describe, heh).
Use at your own risk as I am not a mathematician,

1 kg = 2.2046 pounds, so multiply kg * 2.2046 to convert to pounds.
