I might sound like a bonehead but can someone tell me
what 1.3 cf (i guess it means cubic feet) converted to
length width height, or something similar to it.

It might as well be a cube 1.09 x 1.09 x 1.09 feet, or something quite different, like 100 x 0.1 x 0.13 feet.

The volume of a parallelepiped is multiplication of its width, height and length. There are unlimited number of various triples that give 1.3 when multiplied together.
