please what is the equivalent in mass/weight (KG) of a 50 ltr gallon of water

1 kg is defined as the weight of 1 litre of water. Therefore 50 l of water will weigh 50 kg. (Not sure what you mean by "50 ltr gallon")

That's not the definition of the kilogram, that's just what the definition (the mass of the international kilogram prototype) was made to approximate.
