First you have to know how many RPM in 1 radian/second, which is 9.54929659643.
The SI derived unit for frequency is the hertz and 1 hertz is equal to 60 RPM, or 6.2831853 radian/second.

For the second part you have to know how many RPM in 1 degree/second, 0.166666666667.
The SI derived unit for frequency is the hertz and 1 hertz is equal to 60 RPM, or 360 degree/second.

Finally you have to know that in an 1 gram there is 0.0338140225589 oz.
The SI derived unit for volume is the cubic meter. 1 cubic meter is equal to 33814.0225589 oz, or 1000000 grams.
