convert 4 ounces to troy ounces

It gives me the same answer and doesn' seem to convert from apothocary to troy or vice versa. Also the apothocary ounce to pound ratio is off. This leads me to suspect the entire conversion chart. It is me?

See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Apothecaries%27_system:
Wikipedia wrote:The apothecaries' system of weights is a historical system of mass units that were used by physicians and apothecaries for medical recipes, and also sometimes by scientists. The English version of the system is closely related with the English troy system of weights, the pound and grain being exactly the same in both

So apothecary (English version) and troy ounces are indeed equal.
