How do I convert 50 Kn/sq metre to lbs/sq foot ?

I assume Kn is meant to be kN, i.e. kiloNewtons. If it is kN/sq m is the same as kiloPascals as it is a force per unit area which is pressure. Knowing that you can use the pressure converter.
