In a Ford it is 302 cuin, in a Chevy they call their 305 cuin engine a 5.0L. Also their 307 cuin that was produced from 68-73 was called a 5.0L. AMC has a 304 cuin engine as their 5.0L engine. Olds had their own 307/5.0L. IH has a 304 they made also. Many many 5.0L engines.

Although the above answer is correct for the listed engines, from a technical standpoint, there are 61.0237 cubic inches in a liter.
