There is one ml in a cc.

There are 0.20288 teaspoons in a cc.

I'm confused.....I need to change two teaspoons into cc's to give meds. Can you help please. Rosehill

1 teaspoon is so close to 5 mL (or 5 cc) you would never be able to measure the difference. Two teaspoons is very near 10 mL.

Most measuring spoons are dual marked.
