No conversion is necessary. cc (cubic centimeters) and ml (milliliters) are equal volumes, so: 0.5 cc = 0.5 ml

I'm new here and i am trying to find out how to transpose .5cc/05ml into units?..as if for billing insurance.

Not many people know this but Google has a built in measures conversion tool inside the search term. you just type how much is X units in Y units and it gives you an immediate result.
