there are 1,000 mg (milligrams) in one g (gram). Depending on what size potassium tablets you have (some are 500mg, some are 1000 mg) will depend on how many tablets you take to get your total. ALSO, this is important. You can take too much potassium and have really serious side effects related to how your heart functions. Most people on potassium supplements have their bloodwork monitored very closely.

Hello,
1 gram = 1000 milligrams
Then
1g=1000mg
4.7g=?
Therefor ,
4.7*1000=4700 mg
There for 4700mg in 4.7g.
