I need to convert ppm into mg/L and I think it may be a 1: ratio but not too sure. Any thoughts?

To do it exactly, you need to know the weight of 1 L of the solution. However, if it is a dilute solution in water, it will weigh very close to 1 kg, and mg/kg is ppm
