I made an attempt at answering that in under the topic "attn: Mr.Knight:-Value of mmol/L into ml/dl" located at I posted some conversions for mmol/L to mg/dL for various blood fractions there.

As I explained in the article, to convert from mols to grams, you need to know the molecular weight of whatever you are converting.

If any of the items I've listed in the article are what you are looking for, You can convert mmol to nmol by multiplying by 1e+6, and dl converts to l by multiplying by 1e-1
