This is it

mL = cc
1tsp = 5mL or 5cc

mL is the volume of liquid.
cc is the space that the mL occupies.
3mL of liquid fits in a 3cc syringe.

"Although the urinary bladder may hold as much as 600 ml of urine, the desire to urinate is usually experienced when it contains about 150 ml." Source: Hole, John W. Human Anatomy and Physiology. 2nd ed. Dubuque, IA: WCB, 1981

A call should have been placed to the Doctor or Poison Control Center immediately. 0.6 ml is 10 times the correct dose of 0.06 ml Depending on the drug, 10 times the correct dosage could be devastating.
