If a generator uses 3.5 cubic meters of gas per hour and you have a 1000 gallon tank. How many hours will it take to run out of fuel?

Propane: Cu. Ft. of gas/gal. liquid @ 60F = 36.5 or 1,000 gal = 36,500 cu ft = 1,033.5649 cubic meters.

thus a 1,000 gallon tank would have about 1033 cubic meters of propane gas and a full tank would let the generator run about 295 hours, a little over 12 days, running 24 hours per day.
