60 cm x 120 cm x 3cm = 21,600 cm3. This is a cubic measure, comprised of 3 linear measurements.

All 'linear' means in the context of your question is a line, either straight or curved. It has no width or depth and no volume, it's simply a line that denotes length.

60cm is a linear measure, 120 cm is a linear measure and 3 cm is a linear measure.

To convert cm to meters, just divide by 100:
120 cm / 100 cm = 1.2 m
60 cm / 100 cm = 0.6 m
