Syngas is a mix of CO and H2, with possibly a few impurities. However, the ratio of CO to H2 depends on what was steam reformed. Unless you know the proportions by gas analysis (or at least stoichiometry from what was reformed) you can not calculate average molecular weight or density.

Average molecular weight

0.73*2 + 0.062*28 + 0.02*44 + 0.18*28 = 9.116 Da, so the molar mass is 9.116 g/mol.

At "normal" conditions, 101.325 kPa, 0 °C, a mole of ideal gas occupies 22.414 L.

184867 Nm³/h x 1 kmol/22.414 m³ x 9.116 kg/kmol = 75187 kg/h

Be careful here: Nm3 has nothing to do with m3 and L, since the unit is a molar amount and not a volume. Istead: find out how many kmol equals 1Nm3.

Ah.. I didn't see the phrase "Normal conditions" :) Yes, when the ideal gas law applies, then it's correct: nRT=Vp
