for example: 17.25 x 12 x 7.25 what would the cube be?

What sure exactly what you're needing, cubic volume? Multiply length x width x depth for cubic volume. If your measurements are in inches, it's 17.25 x 12 x 7.25 = 1500.75 in^3.
