convert grams to Ml or Cups

How do I convert Grams into Ml or cups? I have a recipes that has 500 grams of butter and 500 grams of flour (all purpose) also 400 grams of sugar. The Recipe is for Belgin Waffles. Whats the convertion?

It depends on the density and is generally different for each ingredient. The USDA database, http://www.nal.usda.gov/fnic/foodcomp/search/ , lets you look up each ingredient and it gives you serving sizes in both Customary measure and gram weight. You could use that as a conversion factor. Because of the way they round the numbers, you will get better accuracy if you use the largest size listed.
