32.2 lb (64.4%)

A bushel of wheat averages 60 lb, and this weight is often used in commercial contracts where the wheat is actually weighed by the truckload.

A bushel is a unit of volume equal to 2150.42 in³. 1 gallon is 231 in³, so

5 gal x 231 in³/gal x 60 lb/2150.42 in³ = 32.2 lb
