active dry yeast conversion

GREAT SITE !! the active dry yeast seems to be off, it would appear to be closer to that of cake yeast. The packet of active dry yeast states on the back of the pack that 2.25 teaspoons equals the contents of a single packet which is net weight is 7 grams. (the site states 2.25 teaspoons of ADY = 13.64 grams)

Hmm, thanks. We use densities of the ingredients from various sources, we don't measure them ourselves. We're planning to update the densities data, maybe that'll fix possible errors.
However please note that densities of various substances may vary a lot depending on the conditions
