How do I figure out the one-tenth of a dollar amount?

What is one-tenth of $68.06? Not sure how figure this out for paying a one-tenth of a balance.

1 divided by 10 = 0.1, so multiply the amount in question by 0.1
$68.06 * 0.1 = $6.806. Round to the nearest 100th, so: $6.81
