Our forum has been available for many years. In September 2014 we decided to switch it to read-only mode. linear feet, to sq, ft to acres

I have a question concerns odd shapes to acres. My land is 687.23'(front), 1326.08' (left side), 725.0' (rear), 1710.72' (right side)

I know 43,560 sq ft equals 1 acre but when I do the math I get 24.596 acres. I was told it is 35 acres, where did I go wrong with my calculations?
