That's right!
One cubic meter = 1000 liters. Take a look:
1m^3 = 100 cm x 100 cm x 100 cm = 1,000,000 cm^3
1 liter = 10 cm x 10 cm x 10cm = 1000 cm^3
Finally: 1,000 liters = 1,000,000 cm^3.
And as such: 1m^3 = 1,000 liters.
